VR Drumming Academy is mainly responsible for coaching the school drum team (primary school, high school, university, community drum team), professional training program for student drummers, undertaking commercial performances, hosting large-scale events, providing coaches on-the-job training programs and other cultural heritage. He has served as a coach of more than 50 drum teams around the world.
